UD Care 360 + Salvo Health is an ongoing, science-backed program that works alongside your gastroenterologist to help you actually feel better. Chat with Registered Dietitian, nurses, and behavioral health specialists to build lasting habits and finally get your gut on your side.
70% of your immune system lives in your gut and your gut is in constant conversation with your brain, sleep, stress, food, and every other system. We combine the best of conventional medicine with evidence-backed lifestyle care so you can finally address the whole picture.
Stress and anxiety amplify GI symptoms and flare-ups amplify anxiety. Learn tools to break that loop and feel more in control during flares.
Small, consistent shifts in movement, sleep, and hydration do more for chronic GI than any quick fix. We help you build habits that actually last.
Fiber, fermented foods, and a plan built around your triggers that is guided by a Registered Dietitian who actually knows your story.
Chronic GI issues don't wait for your next office visit. Salvo gives you a care team you can message any time, plus the daily structure to keep you moving in the right direction.
Message your Registered Dietitian or nurse anytime from the app. Skip the phone tag, the waiting room, and the time off work. Just real answers from a care team that knows you.
Gut issues are personal. Chat in-app with a licensed clinician from wherever you're comfortable, fully HIPAA compliant, with all your personal info protected.
IBS, IBD, reflux, etc., chronic GI needs ongoing support, not a 15-minute visit once a quarter. We're here for flare-ups, travel prep, and the boring Tuesday questions too.
Patients report less symptom-related anxiety and more confidence managing flares. We teach tools to break the gut-brain feedback loop that keeps you stuck.
We work directly with your UD gastroenterologist. You keep your existing care. We add the coaching, nutrition guidance, and daily structure your doctor doesn't have time to provide.
Your care team includes licensed RDs, nurses, and behavioral health specialists knowledgeable in nutrition, stress, sleep, and movement. No pseudo-credentials, no one-size-fits-all meal plans.
Small, consistent habits compound fast. Most patients notice real improvement inside the first month.
Answer a few questions so we can match you with the right care team. Most people finish in under 5 minutes.
Video, text, or call intake with your nurse, then ongoing visits with your Registered Dietitian.
A short daily check-in, HRV reading, and personalized actions keep your plan visible and achievable.
76% of patients report feeling better in 4 weeks. Your care team adjusts your plan as you progress.
Change might not be fast and it isn't always easy. But with time and effort, almost any habit can be reshaped.
Cost depends on your specific insurance plan. The program is often covered as a benefit, and we can verify your coverage before you commit. The service will apply to your deductible. It won't affect your premium or prescription costs.
As long as you want or need it. Most patients spend about five months in the program and then take a break once they're feeling better. You can stop at any time and restart whenever you'd like.
Not at all. It's a voluntary benefit offered through your UD practice and possibly covered by your insurance. We're reaching out because other patients have found the program helpful but it's 100% optional.
The program works directly with your UD gastroenterologist, it doesn't replace them. Think of it as the daily support layer your doctor doesn't have time to provide: a dietitian, a nurse, and in-between-appointments coaching.
A monthly visit with your nurse is about 5–15 minutes. Your Dietitian visits are ~30 minutes. Daily, your Whole Self Check and HRV reading take just a couple of minutes. App chat fits around your life, not the other way around.
Our nurses are licensed LPNs or RNs, and our dietitians are all Registered Dietitians (not "nutritionists"). Every clinician meets all licensure requirements and is licensed to practice in your state.
Because the gut and brain are in constant conversation. Low HRV is associated with IBS and other GI conditions, and HRV dips often precede flare-ups. Tracking it tells your care team whether your plan is working — and helps them adjust before symptoms escalate.
The daily check-ins are in our mobile app, but visits can be done from a computer. Most patients use both.
Fully HIPAA compliant, and conversations with your care team are confidential. With your permission, your nurse coordinates with your UD doctor — but nothing is shared without you knowing.
While you can message anytime when flare-ups happen and provide details or questions you may have, the Salvo Health care team members are available during normal business hours.
Your UD Care 360 + Salvo Health program is waiting. Most patients feel the difference inside 4 weeks and the eligibility form takes less time than your next coffee.
